Hemp & Charcoal Spiral Warosoku 5 Candle - Shinto Harmony
A traditional Japanese warosoku candle inspired by the concept of harmony in Shinto.
The design, named Rasen (Spiral), draws from the form of DNA - symbolising the connection and balance of all living things. Each candle is made by blending sumac wax with hemp charcoal powder produced in Miyakojima, Okinawa, expressing a quiet sense of unity and natural harmony.
Hemp has long been regarded as a sacred material in Shinto, traditionally used for purification and protection. This candle reflects those cultural meanings through both material and form.
Unscented, it offers a calm and understated presence, suited to moments of reflection or everyday use.
Please note: Warosoku candles require a pin-type candle holder and cannot be used on their own.
- Content: 5 Candles
- Box size: 10.1 x 7 x 1.9 cm
- Candle Length: 10 cm / Thickness 1.2 cm
- Burning time: About 60 minutes per stick
Please note: Colour may vary slightly due to natural materials.
