At Made In Japan, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home goods and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your authentic Japanese homeware in its original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps are secure to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
